I ordered on the 3rd and the initial estimated date was the 16th. It was delayed to the 24th then brought forward to the 21st unexpectedly, where I received the chair, and I'm alright with that. It isn't as comfortable as I had originally expected due to the limited rotation of the backrest on the bar which leans back or forth about ten degrees, not speaking of the lever I pull to make it recline. Still quite a nice chair. I did have trouble with the arm brackets since the arrows that should point to the outside instead point inwards. All other parts of the chair, especially the wheels were 'well-oiled' and I had a little bit of fun being capable of at least 5 spins in my chair per push until I felt really sick. I originally got this chair since my previous job had one almost identical to it with a thinner backrest, larger backrest rotation, higher stand and worked wonders for me, but I could not find it sadly and this was the closest I could get, luckily, it's quite alright. -

These are durable chairs, great for places where a cloth upholstered chair would hold dirt or contaminants. My only complaints are that the height adjustment is not solid - ie, it's more like an air-spring that varies height with the weight of the user; and, there is no height range overlap between the chair model and stool model, but there needs to be , particularly because of this air-spring compression behavior. -
