The Range-of-motion (ROM) may be decreased by using the flexion limiter. Each exerciser comes with 5 red bands OR 5 sets of color-coded bands (25 bands - 5 of each color). Available with latex or latex free bands. Includes 25 Additional Bands Only - 5 of Each: Tan, Yellow, Red, Green & Blue.
