Sure Seal-S Siloxane/Silane/Silicone water based protective treatment moisture proofs concrete & masonry. Sure Seal-S is a high performance water repellant coating that provides superior adhesion to many different surfaces such as wood, concrete, brick, block, stone, mortar, grout, ceramics, composites and more. Sure Seal-S is a transparent coating that displays immediate and long lasting results that improves significantly with weathering. Goes on milky white but dries clear. Sure Seal-S can be used as a protectant from salt, oil, grease, freezing and water damage. Sure Seal-S penetrates without changing the appearance of the surface to be treated. Sure Seal-S penetrates to fill voids in treated surfaces and chemically bonds deep within the masonry substrate to provide long lasting protection against water related staining or deterioration. Will not darken material to be treated. Has a V.O.C. of <100 g/L. Ready To Use formula.
