The lightweight suit is constructed from a proprietary blend of arc-rated, inherently flame-resistant aramid fibers. The coverall uses knit cuffs and a dual-stage zipper front closure, while the hood provides advanced viewing protection. The complete kit is intended for qualified electrical workers performing maintenance, switching and related energized tasks where the hazard assessment calls for Category 4 protection.

The suit provides an eight-second gas-extraction protection rating and incorporates a smooth moisture-absorbing inner layer for comfort. Features include a brass front zipper with hook-and-loop closure, rear harness port, elastic waist, hi-vis suspender-style tape, knit cuffs with thumbholes, and 26-inch brass leg zippers with vent panels. This ES version includes an escape strap for emergency rescue and egress.
