Cords are often used to fill gaps, channels, and make custom seals. Soft Silicone is easier to compress and conforms to uneven surfaces better than standard grade. Silicone has excellent resistance to UV, chemicals, mild oils, and water.

Tri-Clamp Gaskets with a Screen provide straining and protection within your process system. A 20 x 20 Stainless Steel screen is bonded on the gasket for inline straining. Silicone has excellent resistance to high and low temperatures and good resistance to chemicals, water, and steam. Withstands continuous steam cleaning cycles.

Grommets seal holes and provide protection from abrasion and impact to wires, cables, pipes, and tubes. Silicone Rubber has an excellent temperature range and good resistance to mild chemicals and water.

Ring Gaskets (Raised Gaskets) are used on flanges with a raised surface and do not require mechanical mounting. Aramid Fibers blended with Buna-N give this gasket good resistance to oil and water and mild chemicals.
