Full-Size Merchandisers feature a rethermalizer base that can easily be converted to fit 4 quart, 7 quart, or full-sized pans. This food warmer is great for use with soups, stews, rice, sauces, and more. Used with water for maximum energy transfer. The base features a lighted power switch and recessed knobs, plus a low-water indicator light to eliminate guesswork with refills. Accessory pack includes a quality stainless steel adaptor plate, insets, hinged covers and 3 oz. ladles to complete your presentation. 4 quart pack is available with a variety of high-resolution merchandising graphics, and comes with a menu board made of sturdy ACM (aluminum composite material), which features knob attachment for easy removal.
