Brady® 103820 Push Button Lockout Cover, 22.5 Mm Brass Base, Red

Universal Multi-Pole Breaker Lockouts are made of durable impact-modified nylon and are compatible with most two or three pole breakers with a tie-bar. This lockout device isolates and secures circuit breaker switches to protect employees against electrical accidents during equipment maintenance. Simply tighten the thumbscrew to clamp the Breaker Lockout securely over the tie bar, then insert the lock to prevent the clamp from being loosened.

Gate valve lockout devices deny access and cover the valve handle. This device's unique knockout center fits OS&Y or "rising stem" valves. Device is made of extremely rugged injection-molded polypropylene for superior impact and chemical resistance. Cover the valve handle with the gate valve lockout device and apply a personal padlock and lockout tag to ensure employee safety. Accepts padlock shackles up to 3/8 " diameter. Supplied with English, Spanish and French danger labels.
