Porous flanged bronze bearing is press-fit in sturdy zinc die cast sphere with felt strip for lubrication. Includes 2 rubber grommets to reduce vibration & noise. Tolerates -5 to 220 F degrees.
Flange Mount Bearings are available with housing units made from die-cast zinc, pressed steel and pressed stainless steel. Die-cast zinc housings are non-corrosive and lightweight with either a bronze bearing or ball bearing insert. Pressed steel housings come plated with a rust-proof finish and are available with bronze bearing or ball bearing inserts. Stainless steel housings are USDA/FDA approved and have UHMW-PE bearing inserts and are ideal for wash-down applications in wet or harsh environments. Solid UHMW-PE Bearings are made completely from UHMW-PE and are USDA/FDA approved and are self-lubricating.
