They are easily and quickly hammered into pre-drilled holes. The nail acts as an expansion and locking pin, and is relatively tamper-proof.

(1) Drill hole to required embedment depth (2) Insert anchor into hole & set the tool in the anchor (3) Drive the setting tool into anchor until hsoulder of tool is against the anchor (4) Position the object to be anchored, insert & tighten bolt.
