Lyon's® bulk storage rack add-on with front-to-back supports is ideal for the hand-loading of intermediate weight bulky items. You can use this heavy-duty rack shelf in any number of storage applications. In addition to storing merchandise in shipping and receiving departments, stores can use these industrial metal racks in retail locations for display as well as for back stock. Welded Upright
Our Bulk Storage Rack add-on includes one fully welded upright made of 14-gauge steel. The upright comes fully assembled and ready to install. These storage rack Uprights feature tubular bracing that is MIG welded to the post for added stability. The slots of the uprights provide a quick and easy vertical adjustment of beams to create optimal storage solutions. There are also no "dead spots" in the upright posts to disrupt your placement of beams along the entire height of the post. When combined with a starter unit, a pair of bulk storage rack uprights can hold up to 10,000 lbs.

Heavy-Duty Beams
Lyon® makes the heavy-duty beams of 14-gauge steel. Our unique "Z" beam design increases the strength and load capacity of the steel Beams while also resisting tipping and eliminating wasted space. The MIG welded beam clips give added strength. Each end of the beam has three studs to engage the heavy-duty metal rack upright slots. Easily adjust the beams on 1-1/2-inch vertical centers. Since the beams install without tools it's easy to adjust your level spacing when your storage needs change. A fold in lock tab easily engages with the post to prevent accidental displacement. Create even more storage options by adding more Levels with Front-to-Back Supports to your adjustable metal storage racks.

Front-to-Back Supports
This bulk storage rack add-on includes the proper amount of Front-to-Back Supports with each level. The supports install easily onto the heavy-duty metal rack without tools. The supports help minimize beam rotation when supporting heavy loads. This maintains both the rigidity and stability of your industrial rack shelving. These supports can also be used as supports to hold your own plywood decking.

Assembly and Installation
The bulk storage rack add-on ships unassembled. These heavy-duty metal storage rack sections assemble easily without tools.
