The W-series direct heat foot-operated sealer seals many different types of thermoplastic materials that include coated aluminum foil, kraft paper, cellophane, polypropylene, poly-nylon and other thicker materials. Please note: direct heat sealers cannot seal polyethylene. Depending on the model of the sealer, material up to 18" wide and 20 mil total thickness can be sealed. The W-series automatic sealer is designed for the continuous sealing of thermoplastic materials. Depending on the model of the sealer, materials up to 24 wide and 15 mil total thickness can be sealed. Seal widths of 2.7mm and 5mm are available. The sealer is controlled by a plug-in transistorized circuit board. Equipped with an electronic timer and electromagnet, once correct settings have been established, consistent seals will be maintained automatically. The automatic sealer comes with an electric foot switch and worktable.

The heat sealer is ideal for sealing small, irregular or extra long packages. Constructed with a high impact ABS thermal casting for heavy applications. A 5-15 min warm-up time is needed. Easy to Operate: Depending on the material, allow 5-15 min of warm-up time for the sealer to reach the desired temperature. Just insert the material between the jaws and close the jaws for a few seconds. Release the jaw, and increase or decrease the timing until a satisfactory seal is obtained.

W-300DAT is a table-top, auto, and direct heat sealer. It is equipped with an electronic timer to control the sealing time.
