The BA3054 roof hatch is designed with OSHA life safety in mind and provides easy access to roof areas. The BA3054 is simple to install and operate. The BA3054 curb is manufactured from 11GA aluminum and uses a gas spring to ease the opening of the 11GA aluminum lid. Both the lid and curb come standard with 1" thick rigid insulation. The BA3054 has a continuous gasket for weathertightness. Standard finish is mill.

Both the lid and curb come standard with 1" thick rigid insulation. The BRHPG30X54S1T has a continuous gasket for weathertightness. Standard finish is red oxide powder coat.

Babcock Davis BNTM2424 24" x 24", Exposed Flange, Mortise Lock Prep The BNTM is a general purpose non-rated access door for wall and ceiling applications. The BNTM comes with a 1" exposed face flange and can be installed in most material substrates. Standard latching is mortise cylinder prep.
