Globe Scientifics plastic culture tubes are produced in polystyrene (PS) or polypropylene (PP). The polystyrene tubes can withstand 1500 RPM during centrifugation. polypropylene tubes can withstand 3000 RPM and are autoclavable and freezable. Tubes with dual position snap caps (LDPE) provide either aerobic or anaerobic storage of samples.

These colorful snap-on closures are an effective way to recap blood drawing tubes, glass test tubes and plastic culture tubes. They are precision molded from low-density polyethylene (LDPE) and maintain a tight seal during centrifugation, agitation and refrigeration procedures. They are available in bright attractive colors for sample identification purposes. The caps feature two thumb tabs for easy removal of the cap.

The Diamond® PCR Strip Tubes & Caps offering includes DiamondLink strips which feature extremely strong links between wells for ease of handling and QuickSnap strips that easily snap apart for customization into smaller strips or use in multiple analyses.
