General purpose tape available in 12 colors for use in arts & crafts, packaging, bundling, labeling, color-coding, decorating and identification. Flexible paper backing that provides excellent adhesion/release from a variety of substrates. CP 631 meets US government requirements for an arts & crafts product using test method ASTM D-4236 for LHAMA (Labeling of Hazardous Art Materials Act). The statement "Conforms to ASTM D-4236" means the product has been tested and approved by a 3rd-party lab and toxicologist who found no hazardous materials present that would require a warning statement. This is the only colored masking tape on the market that can make that product claim.
