This insures that the custodian is replacing empty rolls only and not having to deal with two half empty rolls during maintenance rounds. Comes with keyed tumbler lock to reduce pilferage and vandalism. Front loading for easy service and maintenance. Rollers are non removable without keyed access. Welded construction of both 18 and 20 gauge stainless steel.
