The Thermoset (phenolic) plastic caps also have a wide range of chemical compatibility and temperature tolerances. The foam backed PTFE-faced F217 liners resist attack from virtually all chemicals at room temperature and provides resilience for a tight seal with a low moisture transmission rate. Contaminants such as loose dirt, carton lint, aerosols, and fine glass particles are removed from the vials by the Vacuum and Ionization process. Our V&I cleaning process is cost-effective, time-saving means of sealing cleanliness into each vial.
