Ashland H-Stand Multitier with 16" BF Additional Tier & Hardware

The HMT model support is a multitier support allowing multi-level conveyor installation. The support has a total capacity of 2,500 pounds and each tier 1,250 pounds. Designed for use with 2-1/2" and 3-1/2" channel frames. The Hstand is floor mounted for permanent installations as opposed to tripods which are portable. The upright leg is constructed of 7 ga steel. Each support comes complete with (2) upright legs, (2) tiers and (1) pair of knee braces. Additional tiers available separately. The required BF is the same as the conveyor BF to be mounted.

The H15 or 1500 Lbs. Capacity H-stand support may be used with 16" BF (Between the Frame) gravity skatewheel, gravity roller (2-1/2" and 3-1/2" frames), and powered belt conveyor. The H-stand is used for permanent, as opposed to portable conveyor installations. Heights listed are to the top of support. Supports ship unassembled.

Painted Steel Flat End Stop, 3-1/2 x 3/16 inches (H x T), For 16"BF Medium Duty Conveyor Systems. Includes (1) flat stop and attaching hardware. Tripod supports are used for quick temporary light duty applications and can be used with skatewheel conveyors and 1-3/8" roller conveyor with 2-1/2" frame channel (11F frames) conveyors. The T-bar is 15-½" to fit a 16" BF (Between the Frame) of the conveyor. They are easily adjustable and very portable.

The H30 castered support has an 1800 Lbs. capacity and uses knee braces and 5" diameter swivel wheels with side-lock brakes. These supports may be used with 16" BF (Between the Frame) gravity skatewheel, gravity roller (2-1/2" and 3-1/2" frames), and powered belt conveyor. Castered supports make conveyor sections portable on smooth floor surfaces and should not be used on uneven surfaces and floors with items that could block wheels and cause conveyor to tip.
