The TuffPunch 15 Ton Hydraulic Knockout Set provides 15 tons hydraulic force with an easy, one-person operation. Hydraulic tools provide a greater level of force than hand tools, and the punch/die sets are easily changed and leave no burns or rough/sharp edges. The dies are capable of performing bends of up to 90 degrees. The set comes with one die/shoe that can bend the following sizes; 1/2in., 3/4in., 1in., 1 1/4in., 1 1/2in. and 2 inch pipe in both schedule 40 and 80 wall thicknesses. The dies are machined from carbon steel plates to deliver substantially longer life than cast iron competitors.

These square punch and die sets are designed for METALpro Ironworkers. Each set comes with one upper punch and one lower die. The hole size is based on the upper punch. All sets come with our standard 2" lower die and 1/32" clearance from punch to the die. The hole size is based on the upper punch. Hole punch size must be equal to or greater than material thickness for best results.
