This formulation can withstand the highest temperatures and offers the lowest compression compared to our other silicone compounds. It is also made of FDA compliant materials for food, beverage and pharmaceutical applications. Silicone has excellent weathering properties.

These gasket sheets are made from Silicone foam. Silicone displays excellent resistance to high and low temperatures, and long-lasting material that returns to its shape after compression longer than other foam materials. The textured skin provides more grip. Common characteristics include wide operating temperature, compression set resistance, resistance to UV and ozone, extreme resilience to mechanical fatigue, and good chemical and water resistance. Applications include gaskets, heat shields, fire stops, cushions, and insulation for a wide variety of applications.

Made by USA Sealing. Microcellular Polyurethane has excellent resistance to impact (absorbs shock) and resilient (recovers from compression time and time again), making it an excellent material for long lasting and long-term applications, such as shoes, helmets, devices, and hard to maintain equipment and machinery. Also used for high performance gasketing and sealing.

Buna-N/PVC foam exhibits excellent impact absorption and good chemical resistance properties. Also known as crushed-cell foam, semi-closed foam is highly conformable like an open-cell foam but forms a tight seal and prevents air, water, and fluids from passing through it like a closed-cell foam.
