Cylindrical Roller Bearings

NACHI Features NACHI spherical roller bearings can sustain both heavy radial and axial loads in either direction Deflection of shaft, housing, or misalignment of axes can be automatically corrected by self-aligning feature which prevents the application of excessive force NACHI's newly developed heat stabilization process can sustain normal function in operating temperatures of up to 200°C (392°F) with minimal dimensional changes and no reduction of bearing life Maximum permissible misalignment angle is approximately 2° under general service conditions

NACHI Cylindrical Bearing, Double Row, Bore 65mm, 0.020 to 0.035 Radial Clearance, NN3013M2KC1NAP4 NACHI double row cylindrical roller bearings have low profile section, high load carrying capacities and high rigidity. They are used for machine tool spindles, rolling mill stands, grinding mills and large gear boxes. A certain radial internal clearance or a given preload can be obtained by adjusting the distance the bearings are pressed up the tapered shafts during mounting. Since these bearings cannot accept axial loads, they are used in combination with thrust bearings.

NACHI Cylindrical Bearing, Double Row, Bore 45mm, 0.005 to 0.015 Radial Clearance, NN3009M2KC9NAP4 NACHI double row cylindrical roller bearings have low profile section, high load carrying capacities and high rigidity.

NACHI Spherical Roller Bearings with suffix -V can be used for vibratory applications without retainer breakage (e.g., crushers, vibrating screens, etc.) NACHI's newly developed heat stabilization process can sustain normal function in operating temperatures of up to 200°C (392°F) with minimal dimensional changes and no reduction of bearing life. NACHI has adopted special radial clearance, controller tolerance (P6 on OD & P5 on Bore), and special care on retainer to suit these applications. Maximum permissible misalignment angle is approximately 2° under general service ...

NACHI Cylindrical Bearing, Double Row, Bore 90mm, 0.010 to 0.025 Radial Clearance, NN3018M2KC9NAP4 NACHI double row cylindrical roller bearings have low profile section, high load carrying capacities and high rigidity. They are used for machine tool spindles, rolling mill stands, grinding mills and large gear boxes. A certain radial internal clearance or a given preload can be obtained by adjusting the distance the bearings are pressed up the tapered shafts during mounting.
