Built-in braces for extra strength. Uprights and beams have a powder coat finish. Tear-drop connection is interchangeable with the majority of industrial storage rack systems in use today. Closed tube upright design gives it 250% more frontal impact strength and 68% greater side impact resistance than an open back column, greatly enhancing product saftey in your facility and is less likely to bend or twist. The three rivet connection is also stronger than the typical two rivet found on pallet rack uprights. 10 gauge welded base plates allow floor anchoring.<br>Steel King&#174; SK2000&#174; Series Pallet Rack <b>Beams</b> are made of high-strength (55,000 p.s.i. minimum) steel. Constructed of continuously welded structural tubing for durability. Will not trap moisture or debris. 1-5/8"H Step beams accept Optional Decking (not included). Beam ends feature a 3 rivet lock design with safety lock for secure installation on uprights. Steel King engineers and manufactures to high quality standards and use only US steel, which results in greater overall strength and rigidity.<br><br>
