While they are not as strong as other Silicone O-Rings, Soft Silicone O-Rings require less force to make an effective seal and conform better to uneven surfaces. Made of braided expanded graphite, this is a universal packing for pistons, impeller pumps, and flanges. Excellent resistance to heat and steam.

This Graphite packing material performs well in aggressive media pumping as well as high temperatures and is braided with wire for extra strength. Has good resistance to oils, water, some chemicals , and oils.
