Fluorosilicone

Silicone O-Rings are often used for their high purity. Made of FDA materials, they have an excellent temperature range and good resistance to mild chemicals, animal and vegetable oils, and water.

A universal packing for valves, pistons, flanges, and other pumps, this compression packing is commonly used in food and pharmaceutical applications where contamination is not allowed.

While they are not as strong as other Silicone O-Rings, Soft Silicone O-Rings require less force to make an effective seal and conform better to uneven surfaces. This Graphite packing material performs well in aggressive media pumping as well as high temperatures and is braided with wire for extra strength. Has good resistance to oils, water, some chemicals , and oils.

Buna-N is the most commonly used O-Ring material due to it's strength and durability. Suitable for a broad range of fluids including oils, water, and mild chemicals.
