PORTABLE ROLLER STAND WITH GAS CYLINDER HEIGHT ADJUSTMENT This roller stand features a foot operated gas cylinder that, when empty, lifts the rollers to the desired height. A manual locking collar is then engaged to support the load. Simply depress the foot lever and push down to lower the rollers. The H50 model support is a 5,000 pound capacity Hstand which may be used with Ashland Conveyor 4" channel frames, not for use with 2-1/2" and 3-1/2" frames. The Hstand is floor mounted for permanent installations as opposed to tripods which are portable. Upper and lower legs are constructed of structural steel. Single legs are available for applications such as curves.

The HMT model support is a multitier support allowing multi-level conveyor installation. The support has a total capacity of 2,500 pounds and each tier 1,250 pounds. Designed for use with 2-1/2" and 3-1/2" channel frames. The Hstand is floor mounted for permanent installations as opposed to tripods which are portable. The upright leg is constructed of 7 ga steel. Each support comes complete with (2) upright legs, (2) tiers and (1) pair of knee braces. Additional tiers available separately. The required BF is the same as the conveyor BF to be mounted.

The Model DT Tripod may be used with straight or curved sections of Skate wheel and 11F Roller Conveyors. They are adjustable and portable.
