The Model Telescoping Conveyor is constructed of 7 ga. steel frames for each telescoping section and all formed parts are made of 10 ga. steel. Each conveyor bed frame is made of 2-1/2" 12 ga. galvanized steel. Each unit has a foot activated floor stop on both the entrance and exit ends. All telescopes with 5 sections or less have 5" diameter casters and the 6 section has 8" casters.

This garage door roller is constructed from steel. It features a concave design, 10 steel ball bearings and a steel inner race. This style roller is used on side by side hinge placements for added strength.

Gates are used to create an opening through a gravity conveyor section. There is a spring assist mechanism that helps to reduce the force required to open the gate.
