Featuring durable steel guard rails and end posts, this system combines reliable protection with convenient access through its lift-out/drop-in rail design.
Constructed from heavy-duty 11-gauge steel, the guard rail system is engineered to withstand impacts of up to 5,000 lbs. at 4 MPH. Rails easily slide into the post-mounted brackets, allowing for quick installation and simple removal when temporary access is required for equipment movement, maintenance, or pedestrian traffic control. The OSHA safety yellow powder-coated finish provides excellent visibility to help enhance workplace safety.
The included end posts are designed to neatly terminate a guard rail run and feature welded rail brackets for secure installation. Each post includes a top cap to help prevent the accumulation of snow, water, debris, and refuse, along with a heavy-duty mounting plate for secure anchoring to concrete or asphalt surfaces using the included hardware.
