Phenolic Tubes made from Grade L Linen is a fine weave (less than 4 ounce/square yard) cotton fabric commonly called linen, combined with phenolic resin. It is used for smaller and more intricate shapes than Grade C Canvas Phenolic. This products is also known Linen Phenolic, Micarta L, and Bakelite. Woven carbon fiber is produced by the interlacing of fibers running in two different directions. This makes it useful in applications where loads come from all directions.
