Vibco Pneumatic End Mounted Piston Vibrator - 10-5/8S

BV series are foot mount Ball style vibrators, designed for applications requiring medium amounts of vibration. Threaded exhaust port allows for porting air to remote location if necessary. 80 PSI max. operating pressure, 6500 VPM, at 20 CFM of air, with 600 lbs of force. Ball style vibrators must have a filter regulator and lubricator for proper operation. Exhaust mufflers are available for quieter operation.

50 series Pneumatic Piston Vibrator, Silent air cushioned style. Nominal 1" dia. piston. Three piece steel construction. 6500 vibrations per minute (VPM) @ 80 psi (max. operating pressure). 5 CFM. All piston style vibrators must have a Filter-Regulator and Lubricator for proper operation.

70-3/4S Silent Air Cushion End-tapped Pneumatic Piston Vibrator. 3/4" dia. piston (19 mm), 3/8-24 threaded mounting hole (also available with M10 x 1.5 metric thread). 80 PSI max operating pressure, 5100 VPM, 5 CFM. Also available with Exhaust Manifold, or as Impacting type. Lubricated air is mandatory for proper operation of all piston type vibrators.

50 series Piston Vibrator, impacting style. Heavy-duty three piece steel construction. Max operating pressure 80 PSI, 5200 VPM, at 11 CFM of air. All piston style vibrators must have a filter, regulator, and lubricator for proper operation. .

55 Series Silent air cushioned piston vibrators, one piece cast iron design, slotted mounting holes to accomodate a variety of competitive bolt pattern. 80 PSI max operating pressure. 6600 VPM, 5 CFM. Piston style vibrators must have filter regulator and lubricator for proper operation.
