Metric stainless steel keystock is produced from A2 stainless steel to undersized specifications. Size is clearly marked on each piece. Precision Brand Metric Stainless Steel Keystock is an excellent alternative to steel keystock when corrosion resistance is a concern.

Assortment contains 4 pieces each of: 3/16", 1/4", 5/16", 3/8", 7/16", and 1/2". Made from 300 series stainless steel. Frequently used in food and marine applications. Pre-ground on all surfaces to close tolerances. An electric furnace melt tool steel. Fully spheroidized structure. An oil hardening tool steel that maintains high abrasion and wear resistance. It is ready for toolroom use and has excellent toughness and machinability characteristics.
