This unit is designed to help meet OSHA 1910.178(k) (3) safety requirements. Easy to set in place, the dock attendant simply rolls the trailer stand into position under the nose of the trailer and unlocks the restraint. The gas operated self-leveling system automatically raises the stand and the operator locks it into position. No ratcheting of the stand is necessary. Ergonomic handles with safety grips allow for easy positioning. 17" x 18-½" base and 5"" x 30"" x ¼"" thick trailer contact pads offer excellent stability.
