The stainless steel fan is made with electro-polished Type 304 stainless steel. USDA and NSF approved for "Food Zones". It is UL and cUL listed and allows 115/230V hard wire install. Horsepower rating based upon maximum speed/load. This product has a limited warranty of 10 years.
