The Estwing® 10lbs Demolition Hammer with 36" Fiberglass Handle has a superior design that supersedes ASTM Test requirements with two distinct hammer heads. One side has an extra-large driving face for improved strike accuracy and the other is specially forged into a wedged demolition face to maximize the destructive force. The hammer head is forged to be hardened and tempered to 50-55 HRC, preventing crack formation. The 36" double-injected handle containing over 70% fiberglass with TPR enables a superior grip and shock absorption, reducing strain on the hands and arms during use. The two-handed grip position and textured rubber ensures a comfortable and secure grip. ANSI and BS 876 Compliant.
