The ScaleBreak® PulseFlo™ GDS-200 is a high-performance clean-in-place (CIP) descaling system engineered for medium-volume applications requiring greater flow and faster results. Delivering up to 50 GPM, it effectively circulates descaling solutions through boilers, steam generators, chillers, condensers, heat exchangers, Cooling coils, water-cooled rolls, Injection molding machine coolers, mold tools, extruder barrels and other process equipment. Its integrated flow reversal valve allows instant directional changes without disconnecting hoses, helping break down deposits, remove blockages, and accelerate cleaning performance. A built-in freshwater flush system simplifies rinsing and neutralization, reducing downtime between cleaning stages. Constructed with durable, chemical-resistant materials and designed for ease of operation, the GDS-200 is ideal for systems ranging from 50 to 500 gallons, providing reliable, efficient descaling for a wide variety of industrial and commercial applications.
