Great paired with the Pro Series Condiment Server Heavy duty plastic condiment pump (NSF4) with dispenses one ounce portion with each pump. This stainless steel pump is designed to dispense from a 1/6-size steam table pan, 6" (15 cm) deep with a 2.7 qt, capacity. The pump dispenses a 1 oz (30 mL) serving per stroke with the option to reduce the portion size in 1/8 oz (3.7 mL) increments, using the supplied gauging collars. A black knob is standard. Steam table pan shown is sold separately. Pump dispenses thick and particulate condiments.
