The BRHPG30X54S1T roof hatch provides easy access to roof areas. The BRHPG30X54S1T is simple to install and operate. The BRHPG30X54S1T curb is manufactured from 14 galvanized steel and uses a gas spring to ease the opening of the 14GA galvanized steel lid. Both the lid and curb come standard with 1" thick rigid insulation. The BRHPG30X54S1T has a continuous gasket for weathertightness. Standard finish is red oxide powder coat.

R6 polyiso insulation in curb and cover help to reduce energy costs. Curb and cover are constructed of 14 gauge galvanized steel with weather-resistant white textured powder coat finish, 22 gauge cover liner and continuous EPDM gasket.
