The LifeVac® Travel Kit is a portable, non-powered suction device designed to assist in a choking emergency when standard choking rescue protocols are unsuccessful. Compact and easy to transport, the kit provides both adult and pediatric mask options and can be kept in a vehicle, luggage, diaper bag, or other accessible location for emergency preparedness at home or on the go. The LifeVac® device uses a one-way suction system to help remove an airway obstruction and requires no batteries or external power source. The device can also be self-administered when necessary. The included yellow zip-up travel bag keeps the device and masks together for convenient storage and transport. This complete kit includes one LifeVac® suction device, one adult mask, one pediatric mask, and one yellow zip-up travel bag.
Note: The LifeVac® device itself does not expire, the accompanying face masks should be periodically inspected and replaced every 2 to 3 years (check the expiration date printed on the individual mask packaging).
