The H30 castered support has an 1800 Lbs. capacity and uses knee braces and 5" diameter swivel wheels with side-lock brakes. These supports may be used with 22" BF (Between the Frame) gravity skatewheel, gravity roller (2-1/2" and 3-1/2" frames), and powered belt conveyor. Castered supports make conveyor sections portable on smooth floor surfaces and should not be used on uneven surfaces and floors with items that could block wheels and cause conveyor to tip. Heights listed are to the top of support. Supports ship unassembled.

OPTIONAL ROLLER PLATE TOP FOR PORTABLE ROLLER STANDS This Roller Plate Top is ideal for most tubing and bar stock applications. Roller plate top is infinitely adjustable from ½" to 6" on either side for increased flexibility. Plate can also be inverted to create different offsets or handle larger diameter tubing. Minimum Ball Transfer Width = 1-7/8". Durable steel construction with a scratch resistant powder coat finish.

The HMT model support is a multitier support allowing multi-level conveyor installation. The support has a total capacity of 2,500 pounds and each tier 1,250 pounds. Designed for use with 2-1/2" and 3-1/2" channel frames. The Hstand is floor mounted for permanent installations as opposed to tripods which are portable. The upright leg is constructed of 7 ga steel. Each support comes complete with (2) upright legs, (2) tiers and (1) pair of knee braces. Additional tiers available separately. The required BF is the same as the conveyor BF to be mounted.
