Box style "Carcass Joint" improves impact resistance and allows for firm sidewall positioning and locking. "U-Channel" ribbing pick-up both vertical top loading and horizontal stresses to reduce sidewall torsion and deflection. "Floating Finger" hinge allows for easy assembly and disassembly of the container. The integrated "T-Slot" picks up additional vertical forces present in certain application, absorbs impact, and aligns the walls. The two piece compression heat welded base design creates the most solid base using the fewest raw material. The ribbings run throughout the entire base of the container providing internal strength and support.
2 hinged drop down doors fold flush against container for easy access to contents. Folds easily with plastic ergonomic latches.
