This formulation contains metal fillers which allow the Buna-N rubber to be picked up by metal detection systems should they tear or fall into the process stream. It is also made of FDA compliant materials for food, beverage, and pharmaceutical applications. Buna-N is ideal for oils, grease, fuels, and petroleum applications. It also works well with water and mild chemicals and has excellent physical properties making it tough and durable.

Microcellular Polyurethane has excellent resistance to impact (absorbs shock) and resilient (recovers from compression time and time again), making it an excellent material for long lasting and long-term applications, such as shoes, helmets, devices, and hard to maintain equipment and machinery. Also used for high performance gasketing and sealing.

These gasket strips are made from High Strength Neoprene rubber. Also known as Spec Grade Neoprene, this formulation is stronger and more durable than standard Neoprene for more demanding applications. Has higher Neoprene content, making this material last longer around sunlight, oil, and chemicals, and also increases the strength by 50% over commercial Neoprene. High Strength Neoprene rubber has superior absorbing qualities and has a longer life than Standard Neoprene.
