Flextur™ Welding Station, 48"L x 48"W x 35"H

This Package includes a Flextur™ Welding Table 48"L x 48"W x 35"H, with 1/2" top supported by 3/8" x 5" struts every 16", Flextur™ Tool Board panels, a full bottom shelf, casters, and a 2,000 lbs. capacity. Surface flatness is +/- .015" over 4 square feet. All 48" tables come equipped with heavy-duty swiveling lockable 2"W x 6"H casters. Changeover is easy and quick with movable 16mm locator pin in a 2" grid pattern. Skirting along all sides has the same hole configuration and gives the flexibility to extend your table in any direction, up to 24", with a Flextur™ Fixture Block for larger weldments. Well suited for larger jobs, Flextur™ Welding Tables will improve accuracy and greatly reduce set up time for complicated weldments. Inexperienced welders can easily make an accurate setup and become productive in minutes with this Welding Table. Onboard steel Flextur™ tool board panels keep tools organized and within easy reach. Base requires assembly but all welding table tops ship assembled.

In addition, you get a Flextur™ 57-piece Fixturing Kit for welding. Use with Flextur™ Welding Tables and tables with 16mm holes. This 57 Piece Fixturing Kit has the clamps and accessories to help you be productive on your new weld table from the start. Accomplish almost anything you need to do on your weld table with this capable kit. Recommended for Flextur™ 36" x 30" and 36" x 72" Stationary tables, and Flextur™ 48" x 48" with Skirt Welding tables. All of the accessories included in this kit are also sold separately. This sturdy matte black powder-coated Mobile Workstation keeps all tools within reach and can be moved around easily, as needed. The 2-Panel Mobile Tool Board includes 2) 14-gauge Flextur™ metal Tool Board panels that cover (1/2) of the cart on both sides and will hold an array of Flextur™ accessories including but not limited to bins, trays, and hooks that are perfect for hardware, parts, tools, and paperwork. A 2-Panel Mobile Tool Board Includes 1) Base Kit, 73" Vertical Posts, 2) 36"H x 32"W 14-gauge steel Flextur™ Tool Board panels.
