Medium duty binding machine for general office use. Punches up to 18 sheets at a time. Binds up to 300 sheets with a 1-1/2" comb. Allows user to punch & bind continuously for maximum productivity. Loads vertically for accurate punch alignment. Adjustable edge guide centers documents with ease. DELRIN® Sheets and Delrin Rods have many of the same characteristics of industrial metals such as brass, aluminum, zinc & stainless steel. Delrin plastic is a homopolymer acetal (POM). Typical properties include stiffness, dimensional stability, impact resistance, and structural strength. Delrin® 150 is standard general purpose, unfilled acetal. This grade has the best impact toughness of all unfilled Delrin products.

High Impact Polystyrene (HIPS) has great dimensional strength, balanced properties of impact strength and heat resistance, is easily machined, and is relatively low in cost. Styrene is available in standard 48" x 96" sheets, or Custom Sheets & Rolls Also available in Conductive Grades upon request.

EPDM is the most weather resistant foam, with a wide range of chemical compatibility, steam resistance, and good temperature range. Also known as crushed-cell foam, semi-closed foam is highly conformable like an open-cell foam but forms a tight seal and prevents air, water, and fluids from passing through it like a closed-cell foam.
