80/20® Fractional 1/2" x 1-1/2" Flat Stock Profile, 144" Bar, Mill Finish

The flat stock profile can be cut to your desired length. It is perfect for unique custom parts such as flat plates, manifolds, and floor mounts.

The 45 degree gusset profile can be cut to your desired length. There are options available in a clear or black anodize finish. It is commonly used for custom 90 degree connections as well as floor mounts and supports.

1020 is a 1"W x 2"H fractional 10 series rectangular T-slot profile with six open T-slots, one on each 1" face and two on each 2" face. The profile has align-a-grooves to assist in alignment when connecting profiles. The 1020 profile is compatible with 10 series fasteners. The center cavity of the profile can be pressurized up to 150 psi, lending itself to work spaces, machine guards, displays and panel mount racks.
