Omnimed anodized aluminum chart holders provide a durable yet lightweight answer to managing and securing paperwork. These holders are easy to clean and have a strong 3-spring open/close mechanism with rubber covered rod ends for safety. Thumb notched for easy access, they open to 3/4 inches wide to hold over 100 sheets securely. A stainless steel ID plate on the front cover holds 1/2 inch labels for identification. They measure 12 inches high by 9 inches wide by 3/4 inch deep and have a clear anodized aluminum finish.

Form holder is treated with antimicrobial agent to reduce the formation of bacteria and fungi. High tension serrated clip securely holds a stack of paper up to 1/2" thick. Hinged writing plate conceals documents and prevents write through on multi-part forms. Storage compartment holds more than 30 forms with a hinged strap inside the cover. Form holder is made of aluminum with a high percentage of recycled material.
