Meets OSHA 29 CRF 1910.147 requirements. Pouch Kits include red nylon pouch to store supplies. Pouch contains 1-1/2" lockout hasp, 3/4" shackle lock, 10 lockout tags with fasteners, 2 single pole circuit breaker lockouts with recessed hole, 2 double pole circuit breaker lockouts, 2 single pole circuit breaker lockouts without holes and an oversized breaker lockout.
