Chem-Crest 275 is a multipurpose, heavy-duty, phosphate and silicate-free caustic liquid detergent. It is useful in many applications demanding removal of various contaminants such as oils, greases, and particulates. This detergent finds many uses throughout industrial, mechanical, and maintenance cleaning operations.
Substrate Compatibility:
Chem-Crest 275 is safe on ferrous metals, nickel, chromium alloys, titanium, plastics, glass, ceramics and silicon wafers when used as directed. It is not to be used on aluminum, magnesium or zinc substrates.
Operating Conditions:
Typical dilution is 3-5% by volume for light soils and 5-10% by volume for heavy soils. A 20-25% solution can be used for de-rusting and de-scaling of ferrous metals. Recommended rinsing water temperature: 120 - 150°F.

Chem-Crest 275 is designed to effectively remove various machining oils, greases, metalworking fluids, drawing and stamping oils, buffing, lapping and polishing compounds, solder fluxes, welding fluxes, photoresists, airborne contaminants and baked-on carbonaceous soils.
Availability:
Chem-Crest 275 is available in cases of (4) x 1-gallon plastic bottles, 5-gallon pails, 55-gallon containers, and custom bulk sizes.
