Lockout centers communicate the importance of lockout safety while storing supplies all in the same place. Protects personnel from accidents and prevents unwanted equipment operation. Made from .085 high impact polystyrene. Sturdy 5" x 4-3/4" x 2-1/4" pocket holds locks, tags and circuit breaker lockouts. Includes foam mounting tape. Measures 10" x 7". Meets OSHA 29 CRF 1910.147 requirements.
