Center includes tool box and board, single plug outlet, 2 grip tight circuit breaker lockouts, a wall switch plate lockout, 1-1/2" diameter hasp, two 3/4" padlocks, an ID label pack, a pack of Lockout Tags and Fasteners, and a lockout handbook. Meets OSHA 29 CRF 1910.147 requirements.
