This ground-based multi-functional training station can be used in or outside of the gym. Perform one or two arm movements and other rotational exercises by inserting any Olympic size bar (sold separately) into the twelve inch pivoting sleeve at the base of the unit. A four inch sleeve is also available to hold standard (1") bars. Adjust the difficulty by changing the length of the bar or by adding plates (sold separately). Add the Wide Handle attachment (sold separately) to perform Landmine exercises that target the core, shoulders and hips. Solid Steel. Steel loop carry handle for easy transport when not in use.
