The Checkers™ MC4011 Ultra-Class Mining Chock offers superior safety and durability for the largest haul truck in the mining industry, with a capacity to secure vehicles weighing up to 800 tons and tire sizes up to 165 inches in diameter. Constructed from tough HDPE, this wheel chock is resistant to many oils, fuels, solvents, tears, abrasions, and extreme weather. It meets OSHA and MSHA specifications and, at just 27 lbs., meets NIOSH guidelines for on-person lift above the shoulder-the ergonomic design features of the external handle that's easier to reach and grip with a glove. With dimensions of 17-1/2" x 14-1/2" x 16", the MC4011 is 7.5 inches shorter, enhancing maneuverability. It has been rigorously tested on 10% uphill and downhill grades for maximum hold and is designed to meet specific wheel geometry, ensuring positive holding power for the heaviest mining trucks. Replacement handle and bracket are available separately. The MC4011 is also available in a non-bracket version, MC4011-NB, for vehicles that already include chock mounting equipment.
