Floating microtube racks are ideal for thawing, cooling, or incubating samples in water or ice baths, at a wide range of temperatures from -70°C to 100°C. Tubes are supported below the lip while conical ends are immersed in water. Two-tier polypropylene racks hold up to 100 of 1.5ml microcentrifuge tubes. Racks are autoclavable and can be used in water baths or freezers. A molded-in alphanumeric index, plastic makes sample identification easy. Racks are stackable and have a 2-3/4" x 1" labelling area on two sides.

Reversible racks can be used for 0.5ml or 1.5ml capacity tubes. Both sides of the rack can hold up to 108 tubes, and feature alpha-numeric grid for inventory management.
